The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.
The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.
Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. We will definitely book again through Nongor.
Dear Yusuf, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.

The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings. Housekeeping missed our room one day. We expected much better for the price.
Dear Rashed, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
