Good in parts

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Okay, could be better

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Not what we expected

Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. Not the experience the photos promised.

Great experience, small hiccups

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.

Great experience, small hiccups

Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Good value for money

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.
