Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside. Not the experience the photos promised.
Thank you for the honest feedback, Nusrat. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.
The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Only small issue: it got noisy at night because of the road outside.
Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. We will definitely book again through Nongor.
