Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.
Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.
The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. It got noisy at night because of the road outside. The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.
Thank you for the honest feedback, Mehjabin. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Highly recommended for families and couples.
Thank you for staying with us, Ayesha! We are delighted you enjoyed it and hope to welcome you back soon.
The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.
Dear Rashed, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.
Thanks a lot, Nabila. Reviews like yours keep us going. See you again!
