Good in parts

The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

Tesisin yanıtı

Dear Lamia, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.

Very good overall

Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Only small issue: breakfast was repetitive after the second day.

Really enjoyed it

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Only small issue: the hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.

Average experience

Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings. Housekeeping missed our room one day.

Decent for the price

The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Tesisin yanıtı

Thank you for the honest feedback, Rumana. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
