Exceptional in every way

The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The view from the balcony at sunset was the highlight of our trip. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We will definitely book again through Nongor.

Reply from the property

Dear Jannatul, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.

Decent for the price

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. It got noisy at night because of the road outside. The hot water took a long time to come in the mornings.

Wonderful people, wonderful place

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Already planning our next visit!

Would recommend

Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Only small issue: it got noisy at night because of the road outside.

Reply from the property

Thanks a lot, Tanvir. Reviews like yours keep us going. See you again!

Average experience

Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Reply from the property

Thank you for the honest feedback, Fahim. We are sorry about the issues you faced and have shared them with our team so they do not happen again.
