Average experience

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Housekeeping missed our room one day. The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings.

Απάντηση από το κατάλυμα

Good value for money

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.

Απάντηση από το κατάλυμα

Dear Mahfuzur, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.

Would recommend

Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.

Very good overall

Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Our kids loved the play area and the staff were very patient with them. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.

Απάντηση από το κατάλυμα

Thanks a lot, Sumaiya. Reviews like yours keep us going. See you again!

Great experience, small hiccups

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. Only small issue: it got noisy at night because of the road outside.
