Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Great value for what we paid, especially with the member price. Only small issue: housekeeping missed our room one day.
Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us arrange a car for the next day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update. It got noisy at night because of the road outside.
Dear Tasnim, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Breakfast had plenty of choice, from local dishes to eggs cooked to order. Only small issue: some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.
Dear Ayesha, thank you for the kind words — our team will be very happy to read this.
Check-in was quick and they let us check out late at no extra cost. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. Some furniture looked worn and the bathroom needs an update.
Dear Fahim, we apologise that we did not meet your expectations. We are already working on the points you raised.
The Wi-Fi was patchy in the evenings. Breakfast was repetitive after the second day. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
